Overview

The integration between Redo and Gorgias allows you to seamlessly track returns data for each customer and link from Gorgias directly to the returned order in Redo.

Setup your integration

To set up your Slack integration, follow these steps:

  1. Find Redo in the Gorgias app store and press connect
  2. Finalize the authorization in Gorgias after connecting
  3. Load Redo's return data into Gorgias

Once this is done, your return data will automatically be loaded into your tickets.
